Bobby Garlington X BUFF

Bobby Garlington is a Hyrox trainer, all-weather dog walker, model and Buff Athlete. 

His weeks are varied, and his skin gets exposed to different stressors all the time. From heavily air-conditioned Hyrox gyms to photoshoots under intense sunshine, or even heavy rain showers whilst out walking the dog, his skin is under as much pressure to perform as he is. 

“I try to keep my skincare routine pretty much consistent, but then I’ll add in bits here and there when I need them, like if I've been working a lot and feeling a bit tired, I'll give the under eye patches or the eye cream a go to make me look a bit more awake. 

“But as a standard, I always make sure that I wash my face and moisturise at the start and end of each day - it's just one of my daily rituals now.”
